Introducing bEInvolved – a brand new initiative to reward our incredible volunteers, as well as welcoming new volunteers to this special community. And what better way to launch the campaign and celebrate the volunteers who are crucial to our sport with the chance to win a trip of a lifetime? Volunteer at any EI National Event in 2025 and you could be in with a chance to win a trip for two to WEG 2026, courtesy of Best In Show Travel.
This incredible prize includes tickets to Cross Country Day, two nights accommodation, flights and transfers. To be in with a chance of winning, volunteers must scan a QR code at the Event at which they volunteer, and enter their details. The winner will be chosen at random at the end of the 2025 season.

No purchase necessary. Prize is non-transferable. If you wish to spend additional days at WEG, then those additional tickets and accommodations must be paid by the winner at their own expense. To be eligible for the prize, volunteers must complete at least one days’ volunteering at an EI national event. Volunteering will be verified with Event Organisers. Competition is open to both members and non-members of EI. Winner will be chosen at random after the conclusion of the 2025 season.
