Jane Kinsella’s Irish Pony Eventing team took home silver in a tightly fought Championships at Westerstede. The team, consisting of Jessica O’Ryan and Carhu Melody, Carla Williamson and Galco, Bonnie O’Neill and Woody Sammy and Isabelle Walsh and Lucky For Some, jumped an incredible four places up the rankings after dressage.

The French team took home the gold after their four team riders took the top four individual placings, but the Irish riders pulled off some incredible performances to beat Great Britain to the silver medal. Jessica and Carla also finished inside the top 10 of a 45-strong field, with Jessica adding  just 0.4 of a penalty to her Dressage score across both jumping phases.
