Forms
Underage Rider Forms – Complete Underage Rider forms online: Parental Consent, XC Competency, EI110 Upgrade Assessment
Medical Contact Form – To be completed by each Athlete at every national Event
Change of Ownership Form – For changes of ownership on the EI database – for horses who are already EI registered. NOT to change ownership in an animal’s passport
Horse Downgrading Form – Horses who have not won any points under Eventing Ireland rules in the current and preceding two years may be downgraded
XC ERQI Form – Please note, this is the form for combinations being assessed after a red ERQI at EI90 level ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT USE AS UNDERAGE COMPETENCY FORM.
Syndicate Application Form – to set up a new ownership syndicate via nominated contact
