As an organisation committed to transparency and accountability, we believe it is essential to inform you of the outcome of the Independent Review.
The cross country fences were found to be fit for purpose and are of an international standard. It is important to note that members have been enjoying using these fences at national and international events since 2022 and have been passed by FEI Technical Delegates on each occasion.
We are pleased to inform you that the award of the supply contract, despite the shortcomings, was found to be in line with all necessary requirements
Complying with the requirements of a grant can be burdensome, and we are delighted that our small team coped with the complex requirements. As part of the Strategic Plan, we are reviewing our procurement policies which will be in place before future grant applications. The Board has accepted all recommendations and findings provided in the report.
