Governance Committee and Eventing Ireland Strategic Plan
Further to the announcement at the recent AGM, held on 15 February 2023, the Eventing Ireland Board is preparing to undergo a Strategic Plan process. We will be approaching all members in the coming weeks and invite you to speak openly and frankly about how we can put together a Strategic Plan that will be in place for the next five years.
We are also setting up a Governance Committee. This committee will develop and update existing policies and guidelines, including the Constitution.
