A competency form must be completed before a new combination can enter a national event. This must be recieved at least 10 days before the event they wish to enter to allow time to process. After submitting the form, you will be emailed a PDF version of the completed form. You will need to upload the PDF to the athlete’s account, or when creating a new account for an underage rider.
